 small bags of flour

instant coffee

cereal

mayo

cookies and healthy snacks for kids

laundry pods

bar soap

deodorant

ONLY size 5 diapers.

Yoga with Rosemary

All are welcome to join certified instructor Rosemary Martilotta in Our Lady of Ostrabrama’s parish hall,

where she will lead you in poses that support postural alignment, conscious breathing and deep relaxation.
